The intent of environmental policy will be described in accordance with United Nations and European Union mandates which are then disseminated into laws by the various member nations. The means by which these laws are implemented, the challenges in their implementation, and the ramifications of these le gal principles for the environment and for the rights of property owners shall be detailed.
